Ideal for electronic housings, automotive components, outdoor fixtures, lampshades, protective covers, and high-impact structural applications where standard PLA or PETG falls short.

OVERTURE PC filament produces prints with excellent surface smoothness and natural translucency — making it ideal for light-diffusing parts, optical components, and display housings where both form and function matter.

Manufactured with advanced CCD measuring systems and closed-loop extrusion controls, every spool maintains a strict ±0.02mm tolerance on 1.75mm filament. Consistent diameter means reliable flow, predictable layer adhesion, and professional results on every build.

PC requires a nozzle temperature of 250–270°C, a heated bed at 80–100°C, and an enclosed print chamber to minimize warping. A hardened steel or brass nozzle is recommended. Each spool is vacuum-sealed with desiccant — dry at 80°C for 4–6 hours before first use.
